Droppable Characters:

Sadi-chan, Impel Down’s Chief Guard

RCV

Type

INT Striker

Special

Boosts ATK against enemies with reduced defense by 1.3x for 3 turns

Special Cooldown

20 Turns -> 10 Turns

Captain Ability

Boost ATK by 2.5x after scoring 3 perfects in a row

Our Rating

6/10

Sadi-Chan is pretty boring overall, with average stats and an underwhelming Captain ability. Her only saving grace is her special, which when paired with a character like Basil Hawkins, actually becomes quite strong. A 1.3x ATK boost is nothing to scoff at, especially when it can potentially last for 3 turns.

Minokoala

RCV

Type

STR Fighter

Special

Reduces damage received by 50% for 1 turn, deals 15x character’s ATK in STR damage to 1 enemy

Special Cooldown

Captain Ability

Our Rating

While his special really isn’t all that bad, he’s pretty much entirely outclassed by Mr. 1 overall. And what the crap is up with that starting special cooldown? We’re sure that people will try to max his special though, just because they can.

Manticore

HP

Attack

RCV

Type

QCK Fighter

Special

Reduces the defense of all enemies by 100% for 1 turn

Special Cooldown

While this character looks pretty useless at first glance, he actually may prove to be useful in the future, all thanks to his special. Once Princess Turtles are released, many teams will be scrambling for a defense reducer. Chore Boy Helmeppo has been used in the past, but Manticore's special actually has a lower cooldown at Max. Granted, you're going to have a rough time managing to farm enough of him to max the special, but it's certainly doable!

Skill books:

Sir Crocodile Warlord of the Sea

Max CD 23->18

f0308

Trafalgar Law ROOM

Max CD 18->10

Flower Sword Vista

Max CD 15->10

All three of these skill books are fairly nice pickups, assuming you have the characters. Law is definitely the most important out of them all though.

Sadi-Chan

-Preemptively kills 2 weak units (not shown in picture) and places a defense buff up

-On her first turn, she will enrage all enemy units

-At < 20% health, she will heal herself all the way back up to 75%

At the start of the turn, Sadi-chan will destroy 2 units (not shown in the image above) and place a defense buff on all enemy targets. It’s recommended to take out all fodder units before her, due to the fact that they will begin attacking every turn after Turn 1. She will start on a 2 turn cooldown, and on her first turn she will enrage all targets for 1 turn, so it is best to wait until she does this to use your delay. If you use your delay beforehand, the enrage buff will override the delay. She will also deal 4,000 damage while she is enraged, and will enrage every 3 turns. It’s important to burst her last 21% in 1 turn, because under 20% she will heal herself back to 75%.

Team Composition:

Fast Clear team

Alternatives:

- Captains: Any 2x or 2.5x Slasher captains

- Friend: Any 2x or 2.5x Slasher captains

- Subs: Any strong slasher unit

- You should be able to defeat her, even if you don’t have the Going Merry or Mihawk ship Maxed.

Cooldown Requirements:

The lower the cooldown of Usopp the better

Team Summary:

This team is made to clear this fortnight using strong slasher. It has high damage, the only drawback is the recovery on this team is not very good.

What Could Go Wrong:

- Take too much damage from trying to stall

- Bring Sadi-chan under 20% and allowing her to heal

  1. always been thankful for your site. Just want to point out that the Manticore seems worth leveling as its max CD is lower than helmeppo (ofc if you are bothered to reduce its CD from 33->18) for upcoming/future princess turtle

    1. Really good point actually. I really doubt anyone will be able to get it maxed from this fortnight, but it's still worth pointing out. I'll add it in!
